Terms & Conditions for new "My Account"

* By legal statutes, you are required to read and AGREE to the following:

1) Provide artist direct content promotion opportunities by publishing their music on the Internet.

2) The services that are provided through Punjab Central are strictly to backup your music, and listen to titles which you claim to currently own and want to protect from possible damage. You "might" also be allowed to get these songs, but please check your local laws.

3) These duplications are allowed under the U.S. Copyright Law, and you are entitled to this service by law.

4) Punjab Central provide this as a service. Punjab Central will not be held accountable for the purchaser's use of our backups.

5) If you sell your original media, you agree to destroy the digital, CDR, CDRW, DVDR, DVDRW or any other type of backups of that title.

6) If you are an artist, and no longer hold the right to a media that you once posted on Punjab Central , you must request the content to be removed within 1 month.

6) You take full responsibility for your own actions when using these backups and release Punjab Central , including all it's employees, from all liabilities, which may arise - expressed, written, or implied. By complying with these regulations, it allows Punjab Central (the service provider) to duplicate, and you (as a consumer) to receive the right to use our backups.
