The services that are provided through Punjab Central are strictly to backup your music collection, promote your music and other entertainment content, which you certify to currently own, or have rights to and want to protect from possible damage or promote them on the Internet. These duplications are allowed under the U.S. Copyright Law, and you are entitled to this service by law. We provide this as a service, we are not selling you music or distributing music, we are providing you with offsite backups of the music you already own, or you have rights to. Punjab Central will not be held accountable for the purchaser's, or downloader's use of our backups. If you sell, trade, or forfeit your ownership of your original media, or you loose your rights to a media, you agree to destroy any CDR, CDRW, DVDR, DVDRW or any digital backups of that title. You take full responsibility for your own actions when using these backups, and other promotions and release Punjab Central, including all it's employees, from all liabilities, which may arise - expressed, written, or implied. By using Punjab Central, you are complying with these regulations. This allows Punjab Central (the service provider) to duplicate, and you (as a consumer) to receive the right to use our backups.
