What computer should I use to download my music??
You can download your music to the ANY computer, where you keep your digital music. Downloaded music can be played, burned or transferred to a portable player from that computer.

What is the format of downloaded files?
All tracks are downloaded in MP3 format. These files are NOT protected by the Microsoft Windows DRM software and are fully compatible with APPLE iPod, and all other MP3 players.

How much do tracks cost?
Price of the tracks depends on how many tracks you buy at one time, tracks starts at as low as less than 12 cents per track, when you buy 500 songs, and go all the way upto 89 cents a tracks when you buy only 5 songs.

What can I do with downloaded files?
By purchasing music from Punjab Central, you can play the files on the computer where you downloaded the file. You can transfer to attached devices (such as digital music jukeboxes). You can also burn the songs to CD to play in any regular audio cd player like your cars cd player.

What happens when I complete a purchase?
As soon as your credit card is charged by PayPal (Our credit card processor), your download balance is increased by the number of tracks you bought, and every time you download a song, your balance is reduced by one. If for any reason, you need to re-download a track, it does NOT cost you additional credits to re-download songs.

How do I download files?
After you have made a successful payment, and your download balance is above zero, you account is allowed to download songs.

How do I transfer a song to a player?
Connect your MP3-compliant portable device to your computer. Select the songs that you want to copy. In Windows Media Player, click the "Copy to CD or Device" tab. Click the "Copy" button to transfer the music. Other applications like iTunes can also be used to manage songs.

Why is the preview music not playing?
You need Microsoft Windows Media player 9 or above to listen to music. You can download it here. You may also have a popup blocker installed that prevents you from listening to the preview. If this is the case, please enable popup windows for Punjab Central.

Why is my downloaded music not playing?

What devices are supported for transfer and playback?

Why am I getting an error that says that the file is corrupt or codec not supported?
The file was not downloaded properly. Please check the file size. This could be a result of: 1. A running firewall preventing downloads. 2. A security program is preventing the download. 3.
